So you've tried the food, and now you wish you knew how to make those delicious dishes. Well now you can watch the pros at work! Each day at the festival we offer greek cooking demonstrations. Anna Kizas is our wonderful instructor and will teach you how to make moussaka!! Check out our recipes section for some great dishes.
